Energy Research and Development Institute – Nakornping (ERDI) at Chiang Mai University, under the leadership of Assistant Professor Dr. Natthanee Vorayos, Deputy Director of the institute, along with Dr. Pitchaya Suaysom and Mr. Apiwat Faikhrua, were invited to serve as expert instructors for an in-depth workshop on “Organizational Carbon Footprint Assessment.” This workshop was organized by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) and took place from June 27 to 28, 2024, at TK Palace Hotel & Convention, Bangkok.
The workshop attracted over 100 participants from government agencies, private sectors, and educational institutions. This year, the ERDI has organized 15 training sessions on carbon assessment and has been invited as guest instructors, with a total of over 1,300 participants attending these sessions. This initiative underscores ERDI’s commitment to promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility through education and practical training.
